ガヤスペルス [2019] Gaja Sperss マリアージュ・ド・ケイ	ガ　ヤイタリアワインの生産者として、間違いなくトップクラスの地位を不動ものとしているアンジェロ・ガヤ氏。イタリアに限ったことではなく、世界中の生産者の中でもトップクラスであることは疑いようがありません。アンジェロ・ガヤ氏は「イタリアワインの帝王」。高品質なワイン造りには妥協を一切せず、一貫した哲学を持って臨み、伝統を守りつつも常に革新的な新技術を取り入れる柔軟さを持ち、イタリアワインの地位の向上に最も貢献した人物の一人です。彼が名声を得たのは、北イタリアのピエモンテで造られるバルバレスコやバローロ。彼が「バルバレスコ」を有名にしたと言っても過言ではないです。ガヤの頂点と言われるバルバレスコ3つの畑『ソリ・ティルディン』『ソリ・サン・ロレンツォ』『コスタ・ルッシ』そして1988年から新たに加わったバローロの畑『スペルス』。1996年からは何かと規制の多い「バルバレスコ」「バローロ」の冠を外しそれぞれ畑名のみでリリースしております。長年に渡りピエモンテ州の最高峰に君臨し続けているワインです。　■ ガヤ　スペルスバラの花びらのアロマに黒系果実、甘草、砕けた岩など様々なニュアンスが漂い、空気に触れるたびに花開きます。口に含むと力強く凝縮された果実味と共に、ベルベットのような滑らかなテクスチャーが口いっぱいに広がるのが特徴です。引き締まったミディアムボディで、非常に繊細なタンニンが感じられます。余韻にかけてベリーの風味にハーブやたばこ、ナツメグのヒントが重なり合って味わいを際立たせているのが特徴。スぺルスはセッラルンガ・ダルバ村の市街地にほど近いマリンカ、リヴェッテに位置する約12haの区画。標高370mに広がる南および南西向きの斜面で、平均樹齢55年のブドウが栽培されています。ガヤ家は1988年から所有しており、セッラルンガらしい密度の高い粘土質土壌がワインに引き締ったボディと酸味を与えることが特徴です。また「スペルス」とはピエモンテ地方の方言で「敬意」を意味します。	68,200円
