Heutzutage ist der Begriff der Solidarit?t nicht nur in politischen sondern auch in wissenschaftlichen Debatten zu finden. Daran kann man sehen, dass die Solidarit?t in der Gesellschaft immer wieder ein aktuelles Thema ist. Das Problem liegt nun darin, dass der Begriff der Solidarit?t nicht einheitlich ist. Daher wird in der vorliegenden Hausarbeit die soziale Inklusion in dem modernen Gesellschaftsmodell von Durkheim sowie in dem Modell des Arbeitskraftunternehmers nach Pongratz und Vo? herausgear-beitet. Da das Werk von Emile Durkheim aber sehr komplex ist, kann es in seiner Ge-samtheit aus Platzgr?nden nicht in Betracht genommen werden. Deswegen wird die Analyse des Werkes '?ber soziale Arbeitsteilung' nun auf bestimmte Aspekte eingegrenzt: das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es zu zeigen, wie sich der Individualisierungspro-zess auf die Solidarit?t in den oben erw?hnten Modellen auswirkt, sowie welche Folgen er f?r die Akteure und die Gesellschaft hat. Zuerst wird der ?bergang von der segment?ren Gesellschaft zu der nicht-segment?〓ren Gesellschaft nach Durkheim dargestellt, damit im n?chsten Schritt die Ent-faltung des Individuums erl?utert werden kann. Darauf aufbauend werden in Kapitel 2.2 die Auswirkungen aus der freien Entfaltung des Individuums in der organischen Solida〓rit?t f?r die kollektive Interessenvertretung beschrieben. Da die Betrachtungsweise Durkheims in der Moderne kritisiert wird, wird sein Modell mit dem Typus des Ar〓beitskraftunternehmers verglichen und er?rtert. Anschlie?end wird die Herausforderung f?r die Entfaltung des Individuums anhand des Modells des Arbeitskraftunternehmers erl?utert, damit man die Auswirkungen des Prozesses der Individualisierung dieses Typus auf die soziale Inklusion feststellen kann. Der Vergleich zwischen dem Modell von Durkheim und dem Modell von Pongratz und Vo? weist auf neue Ungleichheit in der Moderne hin, die in Kapitel 4 diskutiert wird.
