In fact, the 1994 Bolgheri Sassicaia represents the first edition of the first single-winery denomination in Italy and this special distinction has never again been duplicated. Furthermore, this release has never been formally reviewed in Robert Parker Wine Advocate. My impression is that the oak integration is less successful in this effort. There is a moment of hollowness on the mid-palate that is subsequently followed by dry and dusty oak tannins. サッシカイア [2014] (テヌータ・サン・グイド)　SASSICAIA (Tenuta San Guido)　イタリアトスカーナ州ボルゲリ DOCスペリオーレ Donguriano　Wine	頂点に君臨し続けているスーパーワイン。元祖スーパートスカーナと言えば、サッシカイア！　サッシカイアとはトスカーナの方言で"石の多い土地"の意味。ワイナリーの名前であり、トップキュヴェの名前でもあります。このサッシカイアがあるのは、ティレニア海に面したトスカーナ州マレアンマ地方のボルゲリ地区です。サッシカイアはテヌータ・サン・グイドという広い農園にあるブドウ畑から造られます。敷地内にはオリーブ畑もあり、野菜畑もあります。そう、イタリアのプレミアムワインに育った「サッシカイア」は、彼らにとっては広大な農園から作られる生産物の一つなのです。　若い頃から高貴なワインを造ることを夢見、とりわけボルドーワインを好んだという、故マリオ・インチーザ・デッラ・ロケッタ侯爵。この侯爵が領土であるテヌータ・サン・グイドに、シャトー・ラフィットのロスシルド男爵から贈られたカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを植えてみたことから、サッシカイアは始まりました。　完全に温度管理されたステンレスタンクの中で、発酵は、15日間続いた後、フレンチオークとアメリカンオークのバリックで12ヶ月熟成。瓶内熟成は3ヶ月間行います。　　非常に濃い紫色。とても長く持続するノーズ。熟したブラックチェリーやベリーにローズマリーなどのハーブを思わせるアロマ、果実味と共に広がるミネラルやスパイスのニュアンス。壮大な構造の中に溌剌とした酸、それと同じくらい感じられる果実の甘味と旨みが力強いタンニンに溶け込んでおり、余韻には黒スグリや杉のような風味が心地よく広がります。豊富なタンニンが長期熟成を可能にしています。実に20年以上に渡りイタリアワイン界の頂点に君臨しながら、今なお年々、クオリティに磨きがかかるサッシカイア。＊商品画像は参考になっております。お届けは商品名のヴィンテージになります。 ≫≫　＊当店のヴィンテージワインに関する考え方 ■Information ●生産国イタリア ●地域トスカーナ州 / ボルゲリ DOCスペリオーレ (Bolgheri DOC Superiore) ●ブドウ品種カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン85％、カベルネ・フラン15％ ●タイプ赤・フルボディ・辛口 ●内容量 750ml ●保存方法直射日光、振動を避けて、18℃以下の場所で保管してください。 ●備考 ●輸入元　【ワイン通販】【通販ワイン】【サッシカイヤ】【赤　フルボディ】【イタリア　赤　辛口】【トスカーナ　赤　辛口】【サッシカーイア】【サッシカイア】【テヌータ　サン　グイド】【テヌータ　サン　グイード】【グイダルベルト】【テヌータ・サン・グイド】SASSICAIA(TENUTA SAN GUIDO)サッシカイア（テヌータ・サン・グイド）イタリアワインの頂点に君臨する元祖スーパートスカーナ！！カベルネで造るワインの先駆け！ 1978年、舞台はイギリス、権威あるワイン雑誌「デキャンタ」が主催するブラインド・テイスティングで彗星の如くあらわれたイタリアンワインがありました。名だたる世界各国のワイン達をおしのけ、堂々のベスト・カベルネの座を獲得したのです。それこそが「サッシカイア」。ノミネートされたワインは11カ国33ワイン、その中には、かのシャトー・マルゴーもありました。当時、イタリアでカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンをメインにしたワインというたけでも珍しかったのに、この事実がワイン業界を震驚させたのは言うまでもありません。この事件こそが、今やイタリアンワインの代名詞となった“スーパー・タスカン”ムーブメントの幕開けなのです。高いポテンシャルをうちに秘めながらも、ひっそりと自家用にワインを造っていたマリオに代わって、経営を引き継いだニコロ。彼はこのワインを商売にしようと考え、名醸造家のジャコモ・タキス氏をワインメーカーに迎えた。そして、1968年ヴィンテージは待望の初リリースをむかえました。その10年後、イタリアワイン史上に残る大事件が起き、前述のとおり一躍脚光を浴びたサッシカイアだったが、イタリアDOC法で規定外のボルドー系ブドウ品種を使用しているため、当時の位置づけは上級と認められないテーブルワインとされていました。しかしながらこのDOC法にとらわれず、独自の道を突き進み、その後のトスカーナワインに多大なる影響を与えました。サッシカイアにならって、ボルドー系品種をしようして造られるワインは、サッシカイア同様に「スーパー・タスカン」と呼ばれ、さらにサッシカイアは「ボルゲリ・サッシカイア」としての独自のDOC昇格を果たしたのです。今日、スーパー・タスカンを代表するワインのひとつとされる「SOLAIA(=ソライア)」や、「ORNELLAIA（＝オルネライア）」は、サッシカイアの成功にあやかってつけられた名前です。『“AIA（アイア）”とはイタリア語で、庭や作業場となる“場所”のこと】このように、サッシカイアの影響をうけて誕生した多くの「スーパー・タスカン」。しかし、彼らが一時のムーブメントで終わらず、今なお多くのワインラヴァーを惹きつけるのは、頂点に立つサッシカイアの輝きがあってこそなのです。醸造コンサルタントにはアンティノリの「ティニャネッロ」や「ソライア」、アルジャーノの「ソレンゴ」を造り出したジャコモ・タキスが携わっています。「質の良い葡萄が出来れば、コンサルタントのなす仕事はほとんどない」というタキス流の、徹底した土造り、葡萄造りからサッシカイアは生まれています。サッシカイアは当初プライヴェートワインとして地元でのみ消費されていました。軽いローカルなワインに慣れていた消費者からの反応は決して良いものではなかったものの、毎年少しずつセラーに寝かせておいたワインが年とともに非常に良く熟成していることに気付いたロケッタ侯爵は、周囲のすすめもあり彼の革命的なワインメーキングスタイルを貫きます。そしてついに1968年、甥にあたるアンティノーリ社の当主ピエロ・アンティノーリ氏のすすめで販売を開始。これまでにないボルドースタイルのトスカーナワインは、瞬く間に世界のプレミアムワインの仲間入りを果たしました。発売以来スーパー・ヴィノ・ダ・ターヴォラの草分け的存在のワインでしたが、1994年には法律が後追いする形で単独のD.O.C.（原産地呼称）、『D.O.Cボルゲリ・サッシカイア』を取得、次々とニュースタイルのスーパータスカンが誕生するなか、その確固たる地位を揺ぎ無いものとしています。	51,000円
