Also known as "Kanokoshibori". It was named for its resemblance to the pattern on the back of a fawn. It is a technique that wraps each grain eight times with silk thread so that the part is not dyed. It takes 1 to 3 years to make one kimono because everything is done by hand. In addition, skillful skill is required to match the size of each grain. The squeezed part of the fabric stands firm, so it is thick and uneven. However, when you put it on, the soft texture of silk appears, giving it a luxurious feel. Such sophisticated techniques and flavors are exactly the spirit of Japanese craftsmen.
