Until then, I have been working on running, strength training, and reviewing dietary content. However, my body became inflexible and inactive, stiff and heavy, and not moving as I expected. Is it a kind of middle-age crisis, or is it going to get older ...? It is the age of 100-years life!</p> <p>I wanted to be more youthful and to start something new. Then I met a back handspring. However, my body doesn't move like young children. When I started practicing, I didn’t feel like I could master back handspring. After studying on YouTube and trying various exercises, I was finally able to back handspring.</p> <p>In this book, I have summarized the trial and error, practice content, and amount of effort until a beginner in gymnastics begins back handspring practice and passes the "back handspring master test" of the Japan back handspring Association. It's a rare experience for gymnastics amateurs to be able to back handspring at the age of 40. I think it was written from a different perspective than the professional teachers who had outstanding motor skills since they were young.</p> <p>I have been keeping records since the beginning of my training. You can see my growth in chronological order, such as my trial and error and what kind of training I did to learn back handspring. This book describes all of them.</p> <p>No other book says, "I started practicing back handspring at the age of 40 and now I can actually do it!" I think there is still little demand. But now it's 100 years of life. “I want to have a youthful body forever!” “I want to be able to back handspring!” I think the number of people who say that will gradually increase. In fact, I am one of them.</p> <p>I am an office worker with little free time. In addition, I have two small children. It took me 20 months to be able to back handspring. Please avoid the wrong practice method from my experience, adopt the tips that worked well, and proceed more efficiently.
