Ausl?ser f?r die allgemeine Unruhe in Westeuropa, insbesondere aber am Nieder- und Oberrhein war die aggressive Ausdehnungspolitik Karls. Dieser Karl der K?hne sollte in Trier in den Stand eines K?nigs erhoben werden. Zun?chst f?rderte er die r?mische Krone, doch der Kaiser der unbedingt seinen Nachfolger Maximilian mit Karls einzigem Erben, seiner Tochter Maria verm?hlen und somit Burgund nach Karls Tod mit seinem Haus vereinigen wollte, wehrte sich gegen diese Forderung. Friedrich III. handelte Karl sogar in eine Position herunter, bei der er sich mit einem K?nigtum zu Lehen zufrieden gab. Ein Novum in der Geschichte eines burgundischen Herzogs, denn Karls Vorfahren, allen Voran sein Vater Philipp hatten sich nie auf ein solches Lehensk?nigtum einlassen wollen. In addition, it has also been a goal to implement fast estimation techniques for control of resonant converters. For this purpose, PWM signals that are generated using this DSP are used. The demands on the system and the hardware to solve the problem were already decided when I started the work. The algorithms were programmed in C/C++ language, compiled, debugged and transferred to the DSP development board in a compiling and simulation tool (downloader), called CCS (Code Composer Studio v2), also provided by Texas Instruments. In the first chapters of this thesis I give general information about control systems, digital signal processors, digital signal processing and the DSP used in this work. The following chapters tell about PWM, how to configure the PWM outputs and some examples related with PWM signals are given. After a short review of series resonant converters, I presented the last example implemented in this project. I conclude with a summary and provide some hints of future work.＜/p＞ ＜p＞Baris Bagci earned his BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2001 and his MSc degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003. To do so, it first introduces the concept of Web 2.0 and discusses its relevance to online copyright infringement in the music industry. In addition, current legislative framework both at the international and E.U. level is discussed in order to provide the reader with a picture of the current enforcement system. In a number of E.U. Member States as well as outside the E.U., there have been legislative efforts to control copyright infringement online. Graduated response is one of these systems which is adopted and being implemented by a few Member States. However, there have been strong reactions by user groups against this system in that the system threatens individuals' fundamental rights such as right to privacy, freedom of expression and freedom to access to information. In light of these reactions, this paper argues that the efforts of legislators to introduce stricter measures are futile and limit fundamental rights. This paper suggests that the legislator, instead, should introduce an exemption into the current legislation to protect Internet users who exchange media online for noncommercial purposes. The proposed system allows for a more fair balance between copyright owners' exclusive rights and the fundamental rights of individuals.
