(Goethe, Maximen und Reflexionen Nr. 719 HA) Die Erforschung allgemein g?ltiger Kunstgesetze z?hlte zu den zentralen Anliegen in Goethes Arbeit als Wissenschaftler. Dabei begriff der Dichter die Natur als Schl?ssel, da sie nach Gesetzen verfahre, deren Kenntnis dem K?nstler zum Kunstverst?ndnis und somit zur wahren K?nstlerschaft verhelfe. Die Erkenntnis, dass sich feste Kunstbegriffe vermitteln lassen, findet auch Ausdruck in Goethes Dilettantenbild. In dieser Seminararbeit soll vor dem Hintergrund seines literarischen Schaffens gezeigt werden, wie positiv Goethe dieses Bild, im Sinne einer legitimen und ausbauf?higen Kunst?bung, zeichnete. So wird zun?chst Goethes pers?nlicher Erlebnisgehalt beleuchtet, da dieser in enger Verbindung mit seiner Dilettantismusauffassung steht. Anschlie?end wird diese Auffassung exemplarisch an mehreren Werken, in welchen sie sich besonders gut manifestiert, dargestellt. Insbesondere die Texte aus Goethes klassischer Epoche, die nach seinem zweij?hrigen Italienaufenthalt, welcher seine Kunstanschauung entscheidend gepr?gt hat, entstanden, sind hier sehr aussagekr?ftig. Das gemeinsame Projekt mit Schiller '?ber den Dilettantismus' gibt dabei ebenso Aufschluss ?ber sein positives Dilettantenbild wie auch seine selbstst?ndigen Werke 'Der Sammler und die Seinigen', 'Einfache Nachahmung der Natur, Manier, Styl' und 'K?nstlers Apotheose'. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden als Gegenbeispiel Karl Philipp Moritz' ?sthetischer Aufsatz '?ber die bildende Nachahmung des Sch?nen' und seine Auffassung vom 'falschen Kunsttrieb' analysiert, mit dem er zum ersten Mal eine psychologische Ebene in die Diskussion um den Dilettantismus einbrachte. Trotz eines v?llig differenten Urteils ?ber das k?nstlerische Dilettieren, zeigt sich ein Zusammenhang zwischen den Theoremen von Moritz und Goethe, der wahrscheinlich aus den gemeinsamen Kunstgespr?chen in Rom resultiert. Hatten Zeit und Raum einen Anfang, oder war das eine oder beides schon immer da? Oder, wenn der Raum ein Ende hat, wie kann es sein, dass danach NICHTS mehr kommt? Was genau ist ?berhaupt Zeit, und was Raum? Ist beides unendlich, oder auf unser Universum begrenzt? Das Universum, der Weltraum, das All, ist das alles dasselbe? Gibt es weitere Universen und wo k?nnten diese sein? Ist alles durch Zufall und von alleine entstanden, oder hat ein Sch?pfer agiert? All diese und viele weitere Fragen werden vorurteilsfrei abgewogen und erl?utert. Dabei werden wichtige wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und Theorien erkl?rt. Wir werden unser Wissen auffrischen, oder neues Wissen dazulernen. Wir werden ?ber ganz kleine und ganz gro?e Dinge lesen, auch ?ber Atome und unser Universum. Hierbei ist aber ein Atom noch vergleichsweise gro? - und unser Universum vergleichswei?e klein. Zu einigen Theorien werden teilweise eigene ?berlegungen des Autors aufgeworfen. So wird beispielsweise die Theorie der Kosmologischen Inflation aus einem anderen, neuen Blickwinkel betrachtet, der es erm?glicht, das bisher Angenommene zu erg?nzen. Trotz des anspruchsvollen Themas wurde ganz gezielt darauf geachtet, den Text sehr leicht verst?ndlich zu schreiben und durch Vergleichsbeispiele mit Gr??en, die uns aus dem Alltag gel?ufig sind, zu komplettieren. Das Lesen soll nicht anstrengend sein, sondern Spa? machen, und vor allem soll der Text leicht verst?ndlich sein. So, als w?rden wir ein Kinderbuch lesen. Beispielsweise wird die durchschnittliche Dichte des Universums nicht lediglich so erkl?rt, dass diese 5x10-30 g/cm? betr?gt, sondern es wird zun?chst leicht verst?ndlich erkl?rt was Dichte genau bedeutet. Sodann werden Vergleiche angef?hrt. Daf?r sprechen bereits einige Indizien, nur Beweise fehlen leider noch. Bei diesem ganzen Desaster ger?t die bislang so beschauliche Welt von Hans komplett aus den Fugen. Nur die sich entwickelnde Freundschaft zwischen ihm und Franz mildert die Sache etwas ab. Sie entdecken Gemeinsamkeiten, die sie miteinander (wie auch mit dem 'abhanden gekommenen' Leo) verbinden.
