Corrosion behavior of some composites exposed to aqueous media was analyzed. Corrosion of composites using TiC and SiC like reinforcement and Al, Ni, and some Al-Cux, Al-Mgx and Al-Cu-Li alloys like matrix is discussed extensively. The structural characterization techniques addressed include: scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), optical microscopy (OM), differential thermal analysis (DTA), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), and thermogravimetry analysis (TGA). Mechanical testing including hardness, elastic modulus, tension tests, and impact tests were used in the characterization of composites. Quando scrissi il presente testo, scelsi di iniziare a studiare l’evoluzione del lavoro in relazione alla nuova scalarit? globale.＜br /＞ Il 2012, anno in cui iniziai questi studi, fu un anno particolarmente complicato per l’Italia, ma pi? in generale per i paesi del Mediterraneo. Era trascorso poco pi? di un anno dallo scoppio delle Rivoluzioni colorate. Erano passati solo quattro anni dallo scoppio della recessione economica globale scatenatasi con la crisi dei mutui ＜em＞subprime＜/em＞, uno sconvolgimento della finanza globale iniziato appunto con lo scoppio di una bolla immobiliare tra il 2007 e il 2008, e il tracollo della banca speculativa d’investimento americana Lehman Brothers del settembre 2008. All’interno di questa grande crisi globale, si innesc? cos? un’altra terribile crisi del debito, che nel Vecchio Continente, mostr? le sue caratteristiche pi? nefaste. La Grecia sub? le pi? radicali conseguenze, come anche gli altri paesi geograficamente periferici rispetto al perno geografico, economico e finanziario dell'Eurozona.＜br /＞ Questi paesi in recessione economica vennero ben presto ribattezzati dalla stampa e dai circoli finanziari anglosassoni con l’offensivo acronimo di ＜em＞“PIIGS”＜/em＞, che presto si diffuse a mezzo stampa.＜br /＞ Solo nel nostro paese in quell’＜em＞annus horribilis＜/em＞, il 2012, a pochi mesi dall’insediamento del “Governo dei Tecnici” presieduto da Mario Monti, si registrava una media giornaliera di oltre 30 fallimenti aziendali, oltre mezzo milione di nuovi disoccupati, il PIL fece segnare un poco rassicurante -2,4%. Decisamente un pessimo anno per cercare lavoro per i neolaureati. Sfortunatamente le famiglie medie italiane se la passarono decisamente peggio.＜br /＞ Tornando ad un’analisi globale, tale andamento del capitalismo, pur essendo certamente un inedito storico, mostrava alcune importanti connessioni e regolarit? con le politiche di deregolamentazione avviate nella sfera di civilt? anglosassone sin dall’inizio degli anni Ottanta del secolo scorso, gi? allora era possibile percepire le conseguenze sociali ed economiche del processo di globalizzazione.＜br /＞ Gi? nel 1978, con l’opera di Harry Braverman, ＜em＞Lavoro e capitale monopolistico,＜/em＞ la sociologia del lavoro dispone di un primo importante studio che cerc? di sistematizzare i mutamenti incorsi nell’universo del lavoro e dei processi produttivi nell’ottica di un ampliamento di scala del capitalismo. Braverman studi? e approfond? l’impatto della crescita del capitalismo industriale sui processi lavorativi, destando particolare attenzione sulla concentrazione delle grandi corporation e delle industrie monopolistiche.＜br /＞ Oggi a distanza di oltre quattro decenni dall’affermazione del binomio management-meccanizzazione, sappiamo quanto l’automazione ricorsiva abbia sensibilmente modificato l’assetto organizzativo e la struttura occupazionale delle imprese, del mercato e dei processi di accumulazione degli Stati-nazione.＜br /＞ Il management ? diventato un settore aperto ai processi di ristrutturazione del lavoro e coinvolto nella deriva verso il precariato. Dopo l’impresa, anche i suoi gruppi dirigenti sono diventati una merce: interinali inviati da agenzie oppure autonomi per incarichi a progetto. Se i direttori delle scuole di management continuano a pensare che il management non sia una vera e propria professione, non si devono allora stupire se molti di coloro che lo praticano decadono dallo status elevato di tecnoprofessionisti a quello di precari “usa e getta”.＜br /＞ Il processo di terziarizzazione dell’economia del lavoro incorso a partire dalla seconda met? del Novecento, sugger? ad autori come Dahrendorf la possibilit? di una “societ? del lavoro” che subisce ridimensionamenti della base occupazionale.＜br /＞ Da allora numerosi autori si sono interessati al destino del lavoro: i contributi teorici di alcuni studiosi sono definibili come tentativi sociologici di inquadrare uno scenario complesso e sfuggevole. Si ? assistito alla proliferazione di analisi e contributi di ogni genere, numerosi di questi risultano essere pi? affini alla profezia o alla narrazione fantasy, invece che alla sociologia.＜br /＞ In tutti i casi, il dibattito teorico sul futuro del lavoro ha animato cattedre e platee, nutrito l’interesse di numerosi sociologi, storici, filosofi, politologi, economisti, psicologi del lavoro inaugurando cos? una vera e propria corrente interdisciplinare.＜br /＞ In questo campo la sociologia del lavoro ha fornito imprescindibili resoconti, analisi e riflessioni.＜br /＞ Oggi a seguito di una controversia teorica e epistemologica durata anni, possiamo affermare pi? realisticamente che, nonostante gli sviluppi tecnologici applicati all’automazione, e i fondati rischi legati alla disoccupazione tecnologica, il lavoro non si dissolve totalmente, ma muta considerevolmente.＜br /＞ ? quindi necessario costruire un impianto analitico capace di contemplare la complessit? sistemica, aiutandoci a contestualizzare il fenomeno “lavoro” all’interno del grande fenomeno “globalizzazione”.＜br /＞ Nel mio caso, concentrandomi principalmente sulla dinamica particolare oggetto di studio del presente elaborato, mi prefiggo di approfondire il mutato concetto e significato sociale di lavoro, nonch? i profondi mutamenti osservati nei processi di produzione e riproduzione sociale nella contemporaneit?.＜br /＞ Il mutamento dei processi di produzione, la delocalizzazione degli impianti produttivi, delle imprese, la globalizzazione della finanza, vanno di pari passo con l’erosione delle certezze della prima modernit?, acquisite con lo Stato sociale, con il modello produttivo fordista e con la politica economica keynesiana. Dinanzi a noi si presenta uno scenario instabile, che mina le nostre certezze e che ci porter? necessariamente a sviluppare una nuova idea di lavoro o a modificare l’idea dello stesso che gi? possediamo.＜br /＞ Tra chi intona canti funebri sulla fine del lavoro e chi, invece, ne esalta la sempreverde vitalit?, la societ? va verso un mutamento inarrestabile e quindi muove in direzione di una costante complessificazione: il lavoro ? al centro di questo mutamento storico.＜br /＞ Claus Offe, alla fine degli anni Ottanta, in un suo famoso saggio si interrogava riguardo la possibilit? che il lavoro alla fine della societ? industriale potesse essere ancora visto come la categoria sociologica centrale. A seguito di una controversia sociologica lunga oramai un trentennio, possiamo affermare che il lavoro ? una necessit? naturale ed eterna della vita sociale, e pertanto rappresenta una categoria storica fondamentale. Tutti sono alla ricerca di un lavoro, anche perch? tutti sono alla ricerca di un salario. Viviamo ancora in una societ? del lavoro poich? viviamo ancora in una societ? salariale.＜br /＞ Attorno alle mansioni ruotano coscienze, esistenze e progetti di vita. Le vecchie istituzioni statali non sono impermeabili a questo cambiamento, e presto o tardi verranno sempre maggiormente coinvolte dalla societ? civile e dai nuovi andamenti globali. Per la riforma del mercato del lavoro sono stati incaricati dei tecnici della politica -o della finanza-? Forse i partiti politici hanno perso un importante occasione per riacquistare la fiducia della societ? civile. La sfida ?o le sfide?- della contemporaneit? sono di carattere globale e proprio per questo acquisiscono importanza storica.＜br /＞ Al fine di costruire un’analisi di ampio respiro, ? giusto mettere a confronto i numerosi contributi scientifici riguardanti le prospettive future del lavoro: solo consentendo una fertile intercomunicabilit? degli approcci analitici, saremmo in grado di decifrare il significato profondo della crisi, rintracciare le regolarit? e le difformit? nel contesto del grande scenario globale.＜br /＞ Muovendo dal mio piccolo e certamente parziale punto di vista, sento il dovere di arricchire i contributi scientifici gi? presenti, offrendo un’analisi di complemento e sintesi utile al fine di sistematizzare una controversia difficile da inquadrare senza suggestioni momentanee.＜br /＞ I contributi teorici analizzati nei presenti scritti, sono stati forniti da validissimi studiosi, dotati di grandissima capacit? persuasiva riguardo le teorie da loro stessi avanzate. One example includes the unsuccessful top-secret mission to rescue ISIS-held American hostages in 2014 after details leaked out on Syrian social media accounts. During the mission to capture Osama bin Laden, a neighbor tweeted that he observed helicopters and explosions in his neighborhood, creating a large signature around an operation that may have been undetected otherwise. The situation is not likely to improve in favor of special operations forces (SOF).
