In der Vergangenheit spielten sich auf der Insel sehr viele grausame Dinge ab, angefangen mit der vor 1300 Jahren stattfindenden Ausrottung der Ureinwohner durch die kannibalischen und kriegerischen Kariben, welche wiederum von europ?ischen Kolonisten aufgrund ihrer mangelhaften Eignung f?r Sklavenarbeit durch den Import von afrikanischen Sklaven verdr?ngt wurden. Jene mussten unter schlimmsten und menschenunw?rdigsten Bedingungen auf den Monokulturen der Zuckerrohrplantagen der Kolonisten arbeiten und wussten, dass ihr Leben hier nicht mehr wert war, als jenes von Tieren oder G?tern, und viel weniger als das 'wei?e Gold' wof?r die Siedler zu allem bereit waren, ja sogar ihre Menschlichkeit ablegten. Die f?r jene Untaten verantwortliche franz?sische Krone, welche bis Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts seine gr??te Ausdehnung in der Neuen Welt erreicht hatte, interessierte sich weniger f?r seine weitr?umigen Besitzungen in Kanada und Louisiana, auf welche es durch den Friedensvertrag von Paris 1763, der den siebenj?hrigen Krieg mit England um die Vormachtstellung in der Karibik beendete, verzichten musste, um Guadeloupe und Martinique und das damit einhergehende Zuckermonopol zu behalten. Durch das Zusammentreffen verschiedener Kulturen durch Sklaverei und sp?tere Einwanderungswellen aus Indien und China entwickelte sich auf Martinique ein einzigartiges linguistisches Ph?nomen, welches sich in ?hnlicher Form nur auf wenigen Pl?tzen der Welt wiederfindet: das Kreolische. This analysis focuses on the business models of TOC groups involved in these apex trafficking states of the Caribbean Basin, their trafficking methodology and the response of the State in their war on drugs to the operational presence of these TOC groups. What is apparent is the inability, the complicity and the unwillingness of the ruling elites and the agents of the State to grapple with the threat posed by TOC to these apex trafficking States. The war on drugs is then a lie, an instrument of power to effect social control in favour of the ruling oligarchs and a geopolitical instrument which indicates your subservience to the USA and the rest of the North Atlantic. The war on drugs is then an instrument to effect white power/hegemony over the neo-colonial world, the South. In these States studied the reality of the North Atlantic's war on drugs being joined at the head with TOC, hence inseparable, is affirmed with evidence, for as you beget the war on drugs TOC exploits your geographic position to transship drugs to the North Atlantic, but you are unable to resist materially and at the level of the idea, given your state of economic and mental subservience arsing from white supremacist colonial/neo-colonial imperial domination. Transnational Organized Crime then in these States have already or are aggressively moving to capture the State. Our vessel, the Vigilancia, is a large, commodious, and well-appointed ship, embracing all the modern appliances for comfort and safety at sea. She is lighted by electricity, having a donkey engine which sets in motion a dynamo machine, converting mechanical energy into electric energy.  Martinique Island【電子書籍】[ Rex Bestle ] 楽天Kobo電子書籍ストア | ＜p＞Rex was born on February 4, 1955 in Clearwater, Florida. He moved with his family to Burbank, California in 1962, where he grew up attending schools in Burbank and graduated from John Burroughs High School, class of 1973. He later worked for the Ralph M. Parsons Corp. in Pasadena, CA as a mechanical draftsman and worked on such projects as the Alaskan Pipe Line and the Honolulu International Airport. Rex enjoyed many hobbies, including hiking, fishing, rock collecting and snow skiing. He had taken creative writing classes in high school, which led to his love of writing short stories. Rex was tragically killed in a snow skiing accident on February 16, 1979. His writings were found after his death, just 2 weeks after what would have been his 24th birthday.
