Sie erwarten keine eint?nige Belehrung, sondern fordern Abwechslung und Freude am Lernen. Wie ist es nun dem Lehrer m?glich, Kindern einen interessanten und zugleich lehrreichen Unterricht zu bieten? Bis zu den 80er Jahren war der Frontalunterricht / lehrerorientierter Unterricht die haupts?chlich verwendete Unterrichtsform in deutschen Schulen. Doch mit dieser Art der Wissensvermittlung erreichte der Lehrer immer seltener Interesse bei den Sch?lern. J?rg Ramseger brachte 1977 in seinem Buch 'Offener Unterricht in der Erprobung: Erfahrungen mit einem didaktischen Modell' als erster die neue Idee der ?ffnung des Unterrichts an die ?ffentlichkeit. In diesem Buch wurde unter anderem anhand von Fallstudien, Unterrichtsdokumenten und Beobachtungsprotokollen ?berpr?ft, inwiefern Kinder einen Einfluss auf den Ablauf des Unterrichts haben (vgl. Ramseger, 1977, S.1). Dieser neu gelegte Grundstein 'Offener Unterricht' bildete nach und nach eine weitere Unterrichtsform neben dem Frontalunterricht. Offener Unterricht fasst verschiedene Instrumente des abwechslungsreichen Lehrens zusammen. Dazu geh?ren zum Beispiel Freiarbeit, Tagespl?ne und Wochenpl?ne. In dieser Arbeit wird im Theorieteil die Definition und Bestandteile des Offenen Unterrichts vorgestellt und dabei haupts?chlich auf die Funktion des Wochenplans eingegangen. Im darauffolgenden Praxisteil wird anhand eines selbsterstellten Unterrichtsbeispiels die Wochenplanarbeit dargestellt und Vor- sowie Nachteile ausgearbeitet. Dies basiert auf dem Hintergrund eines typischen Themenbereiches aus dem Sachunterricht. Die Schule zeichnet sich durch ihr reformp?dagogisches Konzept aus und ist gepr?gt durch die Grundidee Peter Petersens. W?hrend meiner Hospitationen fiel mir immer wieder auf, dass der Schulvormittag sowohl in der gesamten Schule, als auch in den jeweiligen Stammgruppen rhythmisiert und von immer wiederkehrenden Elementen wie dem t?glichen Morgenkreis, der selbstst?ndigen Arbeit der Kinder mit ihren Wochenpl?nen, sowie das Vorstellen der Arbeitsergebnisse gepr?gt ist. Von Anfang an habe ich es bewundert, wie die Kinder selbstst?ndig an ihren Wochenpl?nen arbeiten und wie sie jeden Tag aufs Neue ihre eigenen individuellen Fortschritte machen. Zu Beginn meiner Hospitationen war mir nicht klar, wie man dem individuellen Leistungsstand eines jeweiligen Kindes gerecht werden kann, doch nach einiger Zeit haben sich auch f?r mich neue Erkenntniswege aufgetan. Der Umgang mit der Leistungsheterogenit?t im Allgemeinen und der Umgang mit Leistungsheterogenit?t innerhalb einer jahrgangsgemischten Klasse im Speziellen, haben mich w?hrend meines kompletten Studiums interessiert, so dass ich mich innerhalb meiner wissenschaftlichen Hausarbeit f?r das erste Staatsexamen mit diesem Thema n?her besch?ftigen m?chte. Wichtig ist mir, mich mit einem Thema zu besch?ftigen, welches direkt etwas mit der Praxis meiner sp?teren Grundschularbeit zu tun hat. Saga Holidays is exploring a loyalty scheme proposal and the report provides a concept and comprehensive communications plan. The report provides a contextual analysis of the UK travel industry and outlines that Saga offers holidays which are focused on value and quality. This is supported with a perception map which highlights how there are a number of competitors within the all-inclusive segment. Following this is a SWOT analysis outlining the internal capabilities and the external options of Saga Holidays. Based on primary research with 50 respondents and secondary sources the segmentation of the target customers has identified 3 groups who the loyalty scheme should be targeted at. The Saga One loyalty card rewards the customer with what they want. Saga One is a customer focused loyalty scheme offering exclusivity, experiences and most importantly simplicity. The strategy suggested is over a 12-month period and in total has 6 objectives that it will seek to achieve by applying the DRIP framework and pull strategies. Based on the strategic analysis the communications mix uses a combination of above and below the line methods. The scheme will be communicated using Sagas well-established channels and advertising, the report presents pre tested concepts in Appendix P. The Saga One loyalty scheme has three key themes of Exclusivity, Experience and Simplicity, these fit into the 'Wow' trend of loyalty. The key segments are targeted using a combination of Internet, Advertising and Public Relations to provide the most effective coverage within the budget set. Finally the report provides a full budget and Gantt chart for the 12 months of communicating the loyalty scheme.
