She loves expressing herself through writing. As a guest to Yumi Katsura’s fashion shows, Sarah felt inspired by the life and times of the designer’s journey.</p> <p>Dr. Sheila Cliffe<br /> Sheila is form the UK and is a long term resident of Japan. She has been wearing kimono for over 30 years and has extensive experience as a writer and researcher and is a qualified kimono dresser and teacher.</p> <p>Melanie Uematsu<br /> Melanie was born in Germany and moved to Japan in order to pursue her dream of becoming a tailor. She owns her own atelier in Tokyo where she creates wedding dresses and gowns, as well as high-quality every-day-wardrobe for women of 56 countries so far.</p> <p>Misao Itoh<br /> Misao started her career as a fashion stylist and then journalist for various Japanese newspapers and magazines, before becoming the Editor-in-chief of Harper’s Bazaar Japan until 2006. She published various novels in the past few years.</p> <p>Kristin Newton<br /> Kristin is a glass artist living in Tokyo, Japan.
