Der Automobilzulieferer wurde gew?hlt, da hohe Produktionszahlen bei h?chsten Qualit?tsanspr?chen einen hohen Anspruch an den Material- und Informationsfluss stellen. Die Reduzierung der Fehlerquote und eine bessere Zuordnung der Teile zur Steigerung der Effektivit?t des Systems w?ren w?nschenswert. Dies m?chte der Autor mit dieser Bachelorarbeit untersuchen und somit zu einer Optimierung des bestehenden Weg- und Prozesssystems bei Hitachi Automotive Systems Europe GmbH Sachsen Works beitragen. In Kapitel 2 werden die Grundlagen der Logistik n?her charakterisiert, insbesondere die phasenspezifischen Subsysteme. Kapitel 3 stellt verschiedene Logistikkonzepte vor, wobei besonders auf die f?r Hitachi relevanten Methoden Kanban als Materialflusskonzept und Tracebility (R?ckverfolgbarkeit) und m?gliche Verkn?pfungen eingegangen wird. Das 4. Kapitel untersucht die aktuelle Situation am Produktionsstandort in Ro?wein (Sachsen). Dabei wird insbesondere Wert auf den innerbetrieblichen Material/ Warentransport im Produktionsbereich von den Einzelteilen ?ber die Vorassemblierung, die Assemblierung, den Test und die Verpackung gelegt.
