Factores como un mayor grado de conciencia de clase, producto de las luchas campesinas del per?odo republicano, y la actitud de los propietarios, despectiva ante el principio republicano de igualdad de derechos entre los individuos, hab?an envenenado las relaciones sociales en el campo y ayudado bastante a este desenlace, tanto o m?s que los intereses econ?micos.Dismantled during the frontage of the large landowners the timid agrarian reformism sought by the Contracts Act cultivation, more concerned with stabilizing the existing agrarian structure to help the needy sectors of the field, with the advent of the revolution, those sectors resolved the problem by appropriating the means of production. Girona region was no exception in this regard, and here the peasants went beyond all expectations, including the surprise leaders of libertarians.
