ヴィン・サン・ジュスト［2013］【ハーフ375ml】（サン・ジュースト・ア・レンテンナーノ）尾張一宮・河野酒店	■ラ・リコルマ、ペルカルロの2つのスーパータスカンを生み出す、サン・ジュスト・ア・レンテンナーノが造るもう一つの名品が今回ご紹介する「ヴィン・サン・ジュスト」です。私も1度だけ（たしか1995年だと思います）飲んだ記憶があります。カラメル、クリームブリュレ、マロングラッセのような凝縮感のある、とても素晴らしい甘口ワインであった事を覚えています。	9,900円
ロザート・トスカーナ『フオーリ・ミズーラ』 [2022] 750ml サン・ジュースト・ア・レンテンナーノ割田屋【わりでんや】	ラシーヌさんより、素晴らしい状態で入荷です！　（ロゼのみ、ラシーヌさん輸入のワインです）　メルロー100％の「ラ・リコルマ」やサンジョベーゼ100％の「ペルカルロ」で有名なレンテンナーノ。　エトルリア語由来の名を持つこちらは1100年代のシトー派修道院が起源となる歴史あるワイナリーで、当時はサン・ジュスト修道院と呼ばれていたとのこと。ちなみに「ジュスト」という語は「正義・公正」などの意味があり、それ故同社のエンブレムには公平を表す天秤がデザインされているのだそうです。　その後キャンティの礎を築いたリカーゾリ男爵の所有地となったこの土地を、20世紀半ばに引き継いだのが血縁だったマルティーニ・ディ・チガラ家。同家は1980年代から元詰めをスタートし、1992年には先代のエンリコ氏から9人の子供たちにワイナリーは継承され、年々、評価の上昇とともに価格も上がってきています。　位置：標高270m 　土壌：粘度石灰質　各赤ワインのマセレーション開始から2日後に、各発酵槽から10％ほど果汁を抜き取り（サラッソ）、除梗したブドウを果汁に対　して、約10％加えて10日間マセレーションステンレスタンクで半年間熟成　イタリア中部で広く使われる、サラッソ（セニエと同義）と呼ばれる、醸造テクニックによる、ロザート。　しっかりと色が出ており、Rosato（ピンク色の）というよりはRossato（赤みがかった）というほうが近い、とはルーカは言う。香りと果実味をしっかりと感じるロゼ。　「ロザート・フオーリ・ミズーラ」は濃いバラ色をした肉厚ボディのロゼ・ワイン。フレッシュでフルーティーなアロマを醸し出しており、サンジョヴェーゼ、メルロー、カナイオーロ、で構成されています。　赤ワインはちょっと重いかも…と感じる日に活躍してくれそうな一本です！	2,585円
ペルカルロ [2012] 750ml サン・ジュースト・ア・レンテンナーノ割田屋【わりでんや】	≪パーカーポイント　95点！≫2012 San Giusto a Rentennano Percarlo The Wine Advocate RP 95Reviewed by:Monica LarnerRelease Price:$120Drink Date:2018 - 2035 Due to the very hot growing season, the 2012 Percarlo shows slightly evolved and spicy aromas of tobacco and leather on first nose. This pure expression of Sangiovese from the cooler Gaiole in Chianti sub zone is aged in French oak for 22 months. The wine expresses a dark and savory side of the mighty Tuscan grape with dark fruit, plum and dried blackberry. Yet, there is enormous depth and beauty here. Balsam and menthol notes appear on the close and the wine's finish can be counted in many long minutes. The mouthfeel has some areas of sharpness and edginess that will soften with time. The Martini di Cigala family has produced a stunning set of new releases this year. The Merlot-based La Ricolma and the Chianti Classico Riserva Le Baroncole are two of the big surprises. San Giusto a Rentennano is located in the Gaiole in Chianti township - often considered one of the coolest in the Chianti Classico appellation. Yet, the property with its heavily Galestro and Alberese rocky soils (at 315 meters above sea level) is located on the lower side of the township where average temperatures are higher. In relation to its neighbors, San Giusto a Rentennano sees fruit ripen faster compared to the rest of the Gaiole in Chianti area. Some 30% of the fruit this year was discarded because summer heat burned many of the berries. Great work was done at the sorting table to make sure that only the best berries were selected for this wine. That hard work has paid off because this is a profound expression of Sangiovese with sweet and soft contours of cherry and blackberry. The wine shows enormous complexity of character and a perfect sense of balance between its masculine and feminine side. It needs another five years of cellar aging. San Giusto a Rentennano is a unique estate that does not fit within the classic breakdown of sub zones often assigned to the Chianti Classico appellation. Many people (including myself) tend to see the area in terms of township. Although this beautiful estate is in the municipality of Gaiole-in-Chianti, it actually shares growing conditions that make it very similar to Castelnuovo Berardenga. South-facing vineyards open to wide panoramas that give more light exposure and slightly warmer temperatures. Soils here are also slightly heavier and fatter. These qualities give San Giusto a Rentennano the concentration and richness that its wines have long been celebrated for. A tightly wound core of fruit hits the palate as this energetic, vibrant wine shows off its taut personality. The 2008 needs time to resolve some of its inner tension, but it is strikingly beautiful just the same. Today it reminds me of the 1996, but with more kick and depth. Anticipated maturity: 2018-2033. This complete vertical of Percarlo left me speechless. Brothers Luca and Francesco Martini di Cigala showed me every vintage of Percarlo, back to the inaugural 1983, a wine that has now run its full course. I was deeply struck by the consistency of the wines from year to year, and even more importantly, by the great showing of a number of wines from long forgotten vintages, proving yet again the importance of choosing producer over vintage. Percarlo started off as a selection of the estate’s best vineyards. In 2001 the Cigalas sharpened their approach by focusing on what is now literally a bunch by bunch selection across all of the fruit that comes into the winery, an approach they favor because of the huge inconsistency Sangiovese can often show from vine to vine, and even within the same cluster. I also tasted a few vintages of the Chianti Classico Le Baroncole, the top Sangiovese bottling made in vintages not deemed suitable for Percarlo. Dark cherries, smoke, tobacco, incense and licorice burst from the glass in this powerful, virile wine. The 2008 Percarlo is surprisingly big for the vintage, but it also shows some rough edges that will require bottle age to soften. Still, I am impressed with the sheer depth of the fruit and the wine’s overall length. Percarlo has a way of developing beautifully in bottle, and I have little doubt that will be the case here as well, given the way the wine comes together after a few hours of air. Though not inexpensive, Percarlo is without question one of the very finest wines in the world in its price range. I followed an open bottle for three days, during which the wine never lost one bit of its intensity. This is a fabulous showing. Anticipated maturity: 2018-2028. San Giusto a Rentennano is one of Italy’s leading estates. Brothers Luca and Francesco Martini di Cigala are quiet and unassuming.
