Foram entrevistados 34 agricultores familiares e 8 agentes representantes de institui??es relacionadas as a??es de pol?ticas p?blicas, a sele??o de sujeitos nesta pesquisa foi realizado ponderado por crit?rio de conveni?ncia. No mais, foi utilizada a descri??o da agricultura familiar, sob o ponto de vista de Silva, et. al. (2008). Com o apoio e uso da an?lise de conte?do, onde se encontrou que as a??es realizadas at? o momento pelo PNPB foram insuficientes para gerar a inclus?o social e o desenvolvimento local. Devido aos pontos que necessitam melhorar, que s?o: falta de assist?ncia t?cnica presente, falta de terra dispon?vel aos agricultores que almejam trabalhar na produ??o, falta de diversifica??o de culturas oleaginosas, falta de comunica??o dentre os atores, o transporte e a log?stica da mamona necessitam melhorar e persistem falhas.
