Die Rahmenbedingungen gelten sowohl f?r die wirtschaftlichen, politischen Bedingungen als auch f?r deren konkrete Auswirkungen auf einzelne Managemententscheidungen und schlie?en die Rechtsformen von Tochtergesellschaften, Joint Ventures sowie REITS ein. Die in diesem Zusammenhang durchgef?hrte Marktanalyse konzentriert sich auf drei gro?e St?dte, die repr?sentativ und aktiv im Immobilienmarkt sind: Shanghai, Chongqing und Ningbo.
