Eine weitere Konsequenz dieser Bev?lkerungsentwicklung besteht darin, dass der wachsenden Gruppe von Pflegebed?rftigen eine immer kleiner werdende Gruppe von Pflegepersonen aus dem famili?ren Umfeld gegen?berstehen wird (Mai 2007). Aus diesem Grund kommt der professionellen Pflege eine immer gr??ere Bedeutung zu, da die entstehenden Pflegebedarfe auf diesem Weg gedeckt werden m?ssen. Eine ad?quate Versorgung der Pflegebed?rftigen ist jedoch nur dann gew?hrleistet, wenn die Pflegebed?rftigkeit angemessen definiert und der Hilfebedarf umfassend erhoben und finanziert wird. Im Folgenden soll dargestellt werden, wie in verschiedenen L?ndern - Deutschland, D?nemark und der Schweiz - in diesen Punkten verfahren wird. Die drei L?nder k?nnen jeweils als Vertreter eines eigenen Typus des Sozial- bzw. Wohlfahrtsstaates angesehen werden und auch die Finanzierung der Pflegeleistungen findet auf unterschiedlichen Wegen statt. Dennoch stehen alle drei L?nder vor den gleichen, bereits beschriebenen, Herausforderungen. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es zun?chst kurz darzustellen, wie die Pflegeleistungen in Deutschland, D?nemark und der Schweiz finanziert werden. Hierf?r wurden insgesamt 185 Pflegekr?fte aus jeweils sechs ambulanten bzw. station?ren Altenhilfeeinrichtungen befragt. Neben dem bisherigen Fortbildungsverhalten wurden die Gr?nde f?r die Teilnahme an Fortbildungen und die Einstellung zu Nutzen und Wichtigkeit von Fortbildungen erhoben. Zudem wurden Faktoren erfasst, welche die Teilnahme an Fortbildungen erschweren sowie die Zufriedenheit mit der allgemeinen Arbeitssituation. Insgesamt kann festgestellt werden, dass die untersuchten Pflegekr?fte eine hohe Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen aufweisen. Bivariate Analysen zeigten jedoch Unterschiede zwischen verschiedenen Teilstichproben. So sind z.B. ?ltere Pflegekr?fte dem Fortbildungsnutzen gegen?ber kritischer eingestellt sind als j?ngere Pflegekr?fte. Weibliche Pflegende haben hingegen ein st?rkeres Interesse an Fortbildungen teil-zunehmen als ihre m?nnlichen Kollegen. Pflegefachkr?fte nehmen h?ufiger an Fortbildungen teil als Pflegehilfskr?fte. Wenn sie dar?ber hinaus noch Zusatzqualifikationen erworben haben, steigert dies ebenfalls die Fortbildungsbereitschaft. Pflegende in station?ren Einrichtungen weisen eine h?here Teilnahmebereitschaft auf als die Pflegekr?fte, die in ambulanten Einrichtungen t?tig sind. Je h?her der allgemein-bildende Schulabschluss ist, desto wichtiger werden Fortbildungen von den Mitarbeitern angesehen. Es hat sich au?erdem herausgestellt, dass Pflegekr?fte, die bis zu zwei Jahre in derselben Einrichtung angestellt sind, eine h?here Motivation aufweisen mehr Verantwortung zu ?bernehmen und beruflich aufzusteigen als ihre Kollegen, die bereits l?nger in der Einrichtung t?tig sind. Je zufriedener Pflegekr?fte mit der Arbeitssituation sind, desto mehr Fortbildungen besuchen sie. Die Zufriedenheit mit der Bezahlung hat keinen nach-gewiesenen direkten Einfluss auf die Teilnahme an Fortbildungen. Pflegekr?fte, die mit der Bezahlung unzufrieden sind, beurteilen den Nutzen von Fortbildungen jedoch kritischer als die Pflegekr?fte, die mit ihrer Bezahlung zufrieden sind. Die beschriebenen Ergebnisse wurden interpretiert und diskutiert. Infatti, esiste una vera e propria psicopatologia denominata Internet Addiction Disorder (I.A.D.), dovuta all’abuso di Internet che si esprime con gli stessi sintomi che si ravvisano nei tossicodipendenti. Questo ? propriamente ci? che ? stato definito il “lato oscuro” di Internet, dietro il quale parecchie persone si nascondono dalla realt? di tutti i giorni, abusando di dosi eccessive di interazione virtuale che creano intossicazione e dipendenza.
