La conclusione ? che l’atteggiamento di apertura o chiusura dipende non dalla posizione normativa/teologica ebraica, ma dalle condizioni economiche e sociali di volta in volta succedutesi nel tempo. La seconda parte tratta del rapporto tra ebrei e cristiani oggi, dopo l’Olocausto e il concilio Vaticano II. Part Two looks at why American law is so comfortable with faith-based arbitration, given its penchant for enabling parties to order their relationships and resolve their disputes using norms and values that are often different from and sometimes opposed to secular standards.
