Die Frage, die sich hier nun stellt ist, warum das Controlling erst nach 100 Jahren in Deutschland f?r sich entdeckt wurde. Der Grund ist wie folgt: erst mit Ende des 2. Weltkrieges ?bernahm die Bundesrepublik Deutschland die soziale Marktwirtschaft. Zu jener Zeit waren aber Controller nicht notwendig. Da es an allem mangelte, braucht man sich um den Absatz und den Verkauf keine Sorgen zu machen. Es bestand ein Verk?ufermarkt. Man brauchte nur zu produzieren. Verkaufte wurde es auf jeden Fall. Ende der 60'er Jahre fand eine allm?hliche S?ttigung der M?rkte statt. Der Bedarf der Bev?lkerung ging zur?ck. Somit reichte es nicht mehr, nur zu produzieren. Es war auch notwendig geworden, sich um die Kunden zu k?mmern und sie zu werben. Man musste sich von seinen Mitbewerbern absetzen k?nnen. Die Frage, mit der wir uns besch?ftigen wollen, ist, inwiefern sich diese Mitmenschen hier eingelebt haben. Dieses Thema wird ja bereits in den Medien, in der Gesellschaft und der Politik lebhaft diskutiert und analy-siert. Einer der Gr?nde daf?r ist, das die ausl?ndischen Mitb?rger im-mer h?ufiger negativ in der ?ffentlichkeit auftreten. Da haben wir auf der einen Seite muslimische Studenten, die mit Kofferbomben Z?ge in Deutschland sprengen wollten und somit unz?hlige Menschen in den Tot rei?en wollten. Dann sehen wir unbelehrbare Sch?ler, Kinder von Migranten, die sich durch kriminelle Gesch?fte ihren Lebensunterhalt verdienen und sowohl Lehrer und Sch?ler tyrannisieren und terrorisie-ren. Einen regul?ren Schulbetrieb lassen sie nicht zu. Das f?hrt dazu, dass die Lehrer und Rektoren kapitulieren und Polizeipr?senz anfordern (siehe: die Zust?nde an der R?tli- Schule). Es sind noch einige uner-freuliche Ereignisse passiert, die hier nicht erw?hnt wurden, aber in an-betracht dieser Ereignisse dr?ngen sich u.a. folgende Fragen auf: Ist die Integration in Deutschland gescheitert? Was ist der Grund f?r solche Gewaltausbr?che durch Ausl?nder? Sind die Ausl?nder nicht gewillt, sich den in Deutschland geltenden Werten und Normen anzupassen? Tr?gt die deutsche Politik und Gesellschaft auch eine Schuld an sol-chen Ausw?chsen der Gewalt? Wie sieht die Chance auf Integration und Aufstieg in der deutschen Ge-sellschaft f?r Ausl?nder aus? Was wurde bisher daf?r getan und ange-boten?
