Weshalb wurden dann aber Truppen geschickt und die Presse- und Versammlungsfreiheit eingeschr?nkt? Sind diese Forderungen und deren Auswirkungen ein Grund f?r die Gedenkfeier? Es wird ersichtlich, dass es einer genaueren Betrachtung bedarf, um diese nicht trivialen Fragen zu beantworten. Im Folgenden werden zum einen der historische Rahmen und zum anderen das Fest selbst dargestellt. Bei der historischen Betrachtung sollen vor allem die politische und die gesetzliche Lage dargestellt werden. Aus den Lexikonartikeln wurde bereits ersichtlich, dass es dieser Untersuchung bedarf. Weiterhin sollen die Umst?nde, welche zum Fest gef?hrt haben, untersucht werden.
